Job Description:

  • Coordinate and follow up Operation department duties.
  • Coordinate & communicate operational management policies and procedures. 
  • Gather, analyze, and understand sales data and identify trends, providing reports and insights to management and sales professionals.
  • Monitor the inventory cycle regarding the unit’s reservation or release.
  • Keep customer information up to date on the CRM system when changes are requested by the sales agents.
  • Responsible for supervising sales operations and tools from the CRM.
  • Maintain the CRM and other sales tools.
  • Liaise with the technical department to ensure timely deliveries of information.
  • Record-keeping responsibilities include sales and Operation reports.
  • Perform day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing paperwork. 
  • Monitor inventory levels, inventory movements and identify gaps.   
  • Develop all necessary reports that assist management. 
  • Deal with and respond to high volumes of emails. 

Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
