Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize our sales processes. This pivotal role involves coordinating between the sales team, real estate department, and after-sales services to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
 

  • Develop and implement efficient sales processes to enhance productivity and achieve sales targets.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, real estate department, and after-sales services to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Analyze sales metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs for the sales team.
  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of sales tools and CRM systems to streamline operations.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
     

Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years in sales operations management,  (Real estate sector) is Must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
