Our organization is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Sales Executive** to become an integral part of our freight forwarding division. The successful applicant will be tasked with identifying and cultivating new business prospects, fostering robust client relationships, and consistently achieving established sales goals within the realm of logistics and freight forwarding services, encompassing sea, air, and land transport, as well as customs brokerage.

**Core Responsibilities:**

* Prospect for, develop, and secure novel business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
* Cultivate and expand existing client portfolios through consistent communication and strategic relationship management.
* Comprehend client-specific shipping requirements and formulate customized solutions encompassing sea, air, and land freight modalities.
* Prepare and present comprehensive quotations, proposals, and service agreements to prospective clients.
* Negotiate rates, contractual terms, and service level agreements with clients, while simultaneously safeguarding profitability margins.
* Liaise with operational and customer service departments to ensure seamless and efficient service provision.
* Monitor prevailing market dynamics, competitor strategies, and evolving customer demands to discern emerging opportunities.
* Represent the organization at relevant networking functions, trade shows, and industry expositions.
* Maintain meticulous sales records and submit periodic reports to management.

**Essential Skills:**

* Comprehensive knowledge of international freight forwarding practices (Air, Sea, Land) and associated logistical processes.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
* Dedication to customer satisfaction, coupled with the ability to forge and sustain long-term client partnerships.
* Thorough understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance protocols, and trade compliance regulations.
* Proficient problem-solving and analytical acumen.
* Self-directed, proactive, and capable of autonomous operation.
* Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  •  Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
  •  Established client network in the shipping and logistics industry is an advantage.
  •  Intermediate in English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  •  Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally/regionally.
