Job Description:**Option 1 (Emphasis on Responsibilities):**

The incumbent will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s furniture products to a diverse clientele, including retail clients, contractors, designers, and corporate customers. This encompasses preparing and delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and furniture layout proposals. Furthermore, the role involves identifying new market opportunities, customer needs, and potential business segments, as well as developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to enhance market share and achieve designated sales targets. Responsibilities also include conducting site visits, taking measurements, and providing technical recommendations tailored to customer requirements. In collaboration with the technical and production teams, the incumbent will prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers. Contract negotiation, deal closure, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction are crucial aspects of this role. Participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events is required to promote the company’s brand and products. The incumbent will also monitor competitor activities related to products, pricing, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and will be expected to prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
