Commercial Education Supplies (CES), a division of the Children & Education portfolio within CSG, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. CES provides high-quality educational resources to schools globally and is committed to fostering the potential of educators and learners through continuous growth, innovation, and international expansion.

**Position Overview:**

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and cultivating customer relationships throughout Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on Riyadh Schools. This position requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in business development, relationship management, and operational excellence, capable of achieving ambitious growth targets. The role is based in Riyadh and operates on a hybrid work model.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage and service existing schools within the Riyadh Schools Platform.
* Develop and execute an annual business plan outlining strategic aims and objectives for Saudi Arabia.
* Achieve monthly and annual financial sales targets for the KSA region.
* Lead major projects and strategic planning across all regional sales activities.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations to international schools and key stakeholders.
* Create tailored proposals that address specific school needs and challenges.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools and education leaders through in-person meetings.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective delivery of customer initiatives.
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
* Monitor customer feedback and drive service or process improvements as needed.
* Manage customer queries, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally.
* Champion initiatives that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

* **Required:**
* Saudi National
* Demonstrable experience in sales, preferably within the education sector.
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
* Strong commercial insight and business acumen.
* Experience working with schools or educational institutions in Saudi Arabia.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
* **Desirable:**
* Experience in the education resources or international schools market.
* Knowledge of international shipping and logistics processes.

**Compensation & Benefits:**

* Competitive salary of 15,000 SAR per month, plus performance-based incentives.
* Permanent contract.
* 40 hours per week.
* 30 days of annual leave.
