????Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute annual sales strategies aligned with TATAS growth objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities in AV, Security, and Broadcast Systems.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
???? Revenue & Business Development
- Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability margins.
- Manage key accounts including Governmental, Enterprise, Banking, Hospitality, Education and Entertainment.
- Lead major tender submissions and negotiate high-value contracts.
???? Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Set KPIs and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with Presales, Engineering, and Projects teams for seamless solution delivery.
???? Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure CRM compliance and sales process optimization.
