Job Description:
Sales Manager – Real Estate Marketplace (Jeddah) Candidates with Western market experience or Western education strongly encouraged to applyWe are partnering with a fast-growing digital real estate marketplace in Saudi Arabia to hire an experienced Sales Manager based in Jeddah.This is a leadership position responsible for managing a team of sales consultants, driving revenue growth, coaching the team, and maintaining strong relationships with real estate agencies.As part of the hiring criteria, the client has expressed a preference for candidates who have either:Experience working in Western markets (such as the UK, Europe, North America, Australia), orCompleted higher education in Western institutions, orGained professional exposure within Western business environmentsThis is due to the company’s current team structure and the need for specific communication and leadership styles aligned with their target markets.Professionals meeting any of the above criteria are encouraged to apply.Key responsibilities:Lead, train, and develop a team of sales consultants (new business and account management)Set monthly sales targets, track performance, and ensure KPIs are consistently achievedConduct daily sales reviews, field visits, coaching sessions, and performance check-insBuild and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies in JeddahDevelop sales strategies to increase acquisition, retention, and overall revenueDrive subscription sales and upsells across agency accountsCollaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve client experienceOversee CRM usage, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reportingEnsure the team is well-resourced and maintaining high activity levelsRequirements:6 to 15 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account managementProven experience managing and coaching a sales teamStrong knowledge of KPIs, pipeline management, forecasting, and reportingExcellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsExperience working in Western markets, or a degree from Western universities, or exposure to Western business environmentsComfortable with field visits and direct client interactionFluent English is essential (Arabic is a bonus but not required)Based in KSA or willing to relocate to JeddahSalary and benefits:Salary range of 35,000 to 40,000 SAR per monthStrong growth trajectory within the organisationHigh-performing international work environmentHealth insurance and performance-based incentivesWho this role suits best:Western-educated professionals living in the GCCWestern expatriates currently in the UAE or KSA looking to relocateCandidates with strong B2B sales leadership background and polished communication
