**Role Overview:**

The Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the F&B leadership team in optimizing sales and marketing performance. The primary objective is to maximize revenue generation through various channels, including walk-in clientele, group reservations, loyalty initiatives, strategic partnerships, corporate accounts, and engagement with Shangri-La Circle members. This role entails the development and implementation of targeted strategies to promote F&B offerings, enhance guest engagement, and solidify the division’s local market presence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and prominent guests to secure bookings and drive revenue.
* Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase walk-in traffic, group bookings, and participation in loyalty programs.
* Proactively identify and pursue partnerships and collaborative opportunities to expand the F&B division’s market reach.
* Actively promote the division’s offerings and enhance its brand image within the local community.
* Effectively manage and leverage the Shangri-La guest database to facilitate targeted sales and marketing campaigns.

**Candidate Profile:**

* A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrable experience in a Sales Manager role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
* A degree in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing is desirable; however, a high school diploma combined with relevant experience will be considered.
* Proven ability to drive sales, achieve revenue targets, and possess a comprehensive understanding of the local market and competitive landscape.
* Familiarity with F&B operations, sales strategies, and marketing techniques.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
