Job Description:The following outlines the key responsibilities of the role: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed corporate sales targets and market share objectives. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, understand customer requirements, and assess the competitive environment. Establish individual and team sales targets, forecasts, and budgets. Collaborate effectively with the marketing department to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and essential sales support resources. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with established goals. Analyze sales data, identify relevant trends, and implement corrective measures as necessary. Manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient conversion of leads. Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with customers, with a focus on key accounts. Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex customer issues or complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries to senior management. Manage sales team expenses in accordance with budgetary guidelines.
