Job Description:Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to attain corporate revenue objectives; manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to surpass performance expectations and cultivate a high-achieving environment; identify novel business prospects and augment the company’s clientele within the import industry; cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders; analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client requirements to inform sales strategy; generate routine sales projections, budgets, and performance evaluations for executive leadership; coordinate with interdepartmental teams to guarantee seamless sales and fulfillment processes; negotiate contractual agreements to optimize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction; oversee and assess sales team performance, providing targeted coaching and development as required; and represent the organization at industry conventions, trade exhibitions, and networking events.
Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the import or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Experience in managing client relationships and closing high-value deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
