Our organization seeks a highly qualified Sales Manager to spearhead sales initiatives within the Middle East region. The successful candidate will possess demonstrable expertise in agriculture-related sales, exceptional communication capabilities, and a consistent record of surpassing sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage all sales activities within the Middle East and Egypt, ensuring comprehensive territorial coverage and attainment of regional sales objectives.
* Achieve or exceed annual sales budgets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the farm technology sector.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with existing clientele, fostering satisfaction and repeat business through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product portfolio and effectively convey its value proposition to prospective clients.
* Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads, developing a robust pipeline of potential customers, with a focus on key market opportunities.
* Schedule and deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the company’s offerings.
* Utilize the company’s CRM system to meticulously track sales activities, manage accounts, and maintain up-to-date lead information, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Marketing, Technical Support, and Logistics, to ensure seamless product delivery and optimal customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a current and comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing valuable feedback to Product Development and Management teams to enhance offerings and improve customer solutions.
* Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in achieving targets while motivating and guiding the team towards successful sales operations.
* Conduct thorough post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues, and explore opportunities for future business engagements.
* Undertake extensive travel within the Middle East to engage with clients, deliver presentations, and represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions.
Skills:
3-5 years of experience in sales within agriculture (Preferred Dairy Farm) or related industries, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of agricultural technologies and the agricultural industry (Preferred Dairy Farm) in the Middle East region.
Previous experience working with dealers and managing complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations and build lasting relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be willing to travel extensively within the Middle East and Egypt, meeting clients and attending industry events.
Experience with CRM software to manage accounts and track sales activities is a must.
A degree in Veterinarian, Agriculture Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
