Job Description:Assume responsibility for directing and executing comprehensive sales strategies aimed at exceeding established organizational objectives and revenue targets. Provide leadership, mentorship, and management to the sales team to maximize performance. Actively identify and cultivate new business prospects within the smart home and low current systems sector. Foster and sustain robust relationships with critical clients and stakeholders. Diligently monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to proactively identify potential opportunities and mitigate risks. Collaborate effectively with interdepartmental teams to guarantee the seamless provision of solutions to clients. Generate and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to executive leadership. Maintain a thorough understanding of emerging industry trends and technological advancements.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a sales Manager in the technology sector, preferably in smart home and low current systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
