**Job Summary:** The incumbent is responsible for managing a sales team within a designated territory to ensure the achievement of sales targets, timely order fulfillment, and efficient collections.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives within the assigned geographical area, ensuring adherence to daily visit schedules and timely stock replenishment.
* Negotiate agreements with clients and cultivate new business development opportunities.
* Maintain positive customer relationships and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
* Execute marketing activities, including Round Table Meetings (RTMs) and group meetings with physicians in key accounts, to promote product awareness.
* Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members.
* Facilitate medical/skills training sessions to foster a high-performing team.
* Conduct sales forecasting, analyze business opportunities, and monitor market trends.
* Facilitate the listing of new products with key account customers.
* Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
* Provide regular market feedback and recommendations to management.
* Ensure optimal management of the assigned territory, providing exceptional service and performance, and ensuring satisfactory product display in key accounts for all pharmaceutical divisions.
* Generate regular reports as required by management.
* Operate in compliance with company standards and procedures.
* Oversee the performance of the team, including Key Account Managers, Product Specialists, and Medical Representatives.
* Perform other duties as assigned and related to the position.
