Job Description:**Option 1 (Formal & Concise):**
“Lead and manage the sales team to achieve growth and sales targets. Develop annual unit and gross-profit plans through effective marketing strategies. Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales force to optimize performance and meet sales KPIs. Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence. Oversee recruitment, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Foster strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding and addressing client needs. Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to management. Identify emerging markets and competitive dynamics, staying abreast of new products. Analyze sales trends and results to inform strategic decision-making.”
Skills:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field & MBA Holder .
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
