Job Description:**Option:**

Spearhead sales team management to achieve revenue growth and exceed established sales targets. Formulate annual unit and gross profit plans through the strategic implementation of marketing initiatives. Oversee the sales force, providing development, coaching, guidance, and motivation to cultivate a high standard of professionalism and consistently meet monthly sales and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence. Manage the recruitment, objective setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives. Cultivate strong, enduring customer relationships through strategic partnerships and a thorough understanding of their needs. Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team. Identify emerging markets and shifting market dynamics, maintaining a thorough awareness of new products and the competitive landscape. Analyze sales trends and performance results to inform strategic decision-making.

Skills:

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field & MBA Holder .
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
