Job Description:**Option 1: Focus on Direct and Concise Formal Language:**

“The incumbent will be responsible for achieving growth and exceeding sales targets through effective sales team management. This includes the development and execution of marketing strategies to determine annual unit and gross-profit plans. Furthermore, the role encompasses managing, developing, coaching, controlling, and motivating the sales force to cultivate a high level of professionalism, ensuring the attainment of monthly sales and KPI targets. The incumbent will design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen its market presence. Responsibilities also include recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Fostering strong, enduring customer relationships through partnership and needs assessment is critical. The incumbent will present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team. A key aspect of the role is identifying emerging markets and market shifts, maintaining a thorough understanding of new products and competitive landscape. Finally, the incumbent will analyze sales trends and results.”

Skills:

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field & MBA Holder .
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
