Job Description
Ø To report on sales performance by analyzing quotations, orders, selling and material price information, actual vs. targets, conversion rates, trends in the industry by location, industry and product line
Ø Predict future activity based on findings
Ø Visit clients and sites as required
Ø Provide quotations and proposals to customers and follow-up quotations for order approval
Ø Receive and review customer sales inquiries and quote as per customer requirements and specifications
Ø Develop and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including requests for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions
Ø Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
Ø Follow up receivables
Ø Coordinating with stores for listed deliveries/ fabrications
Ø Provide technical and non-technical support service to clients and other staff members regarding products
Ø Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers
Ø Maintain sales forecasting reports
Skills
a) Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Word & MS Excel & PPT
b) Proactive in dealings with departmental members & customers
c) Methodical/Cost Conscious
d) Analyze product costing and selling prize for better pricing methods
