Polymedia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales efforts for complex Audio Visual Technologies based Systems Integration Projects in the United Arab Emirates.

Our ideal candidate should have a proven track record of discovering and exploring business opportunities; soliciting and securing Audio-Visual Systems Integration projects (valued at $ 1 Million and above) by locating, developing, defining, and closing project sales orders while undertaking the identification & organization of client needs and engineering solutions.

Job Duties:

  • Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing technical and commercial proposals, and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota in support of business plans.
  • Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
