Job Description
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
• Lead the sales team to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
• Set the sales targets of each individual member of the department
• Deep understanding or ability to study and analyze the market, and proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
• Keep abreast on the latest innovations and trends in the market by active networking with stakeholders in the industry and attending workshops, exhibitions, and seminars
• Track and analyze the sales team’s activities and adjust the team’s performance to achieve targets and reach tasks goals
• Able to prepare quotations, proposals, submittals, warranties and check technical specifications / requirements of the projects
• Lead the team in following up on enquiries, submitted proposals / quotations / agreements until deal is closed
• Work with other departments to execute client requirements and/or project until completion
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
• Lead the team in handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
• Lead the team in providing outstanding after-sales support
• Lead the team in following up on payment collections and reduce the outstanding receivables
• Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
• Develop and maintain relationships with all clients
• Other duties as assigned
Skills
• Proven 5 years of experience as Sales Manager, preferably from parking management, hospitality or construction sector
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a team in setting sales goals and meeting quotas
• Excellent leadership skills
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Deep understanding of local and regional parking management, mobility, hospitality, construction market
• Preferably with previous experience in Asana and/or ERPNext
