Our client is a leading aviation training institute. They are now looking for a Sales Manager to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sell to B2B2C (university, corporate and students) aviation and aviation-related courses for future career as cabin crew/flight attendant, ground staff, etc.
- Help company meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully collaborating the sales team;
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;

Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales preferably in education/training management industry
