The organization is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Key Account Manager** possessing significant expertise in **sales and client development**. The incumbent will assume responsibility for the management and expansion of key customer accounts, ensuring optimal client satisfaction, and proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to provide solutions aligned with client objectives. Collaboration with internal teams is required to deliver value and drive long-term organizational success.

**Responsibilities include:**

* Guaranteeing comprehensive customer satisfaction and expeditiously resolving issues within established timeframes.
* Orchestrating after-sales services, encompassing product/service delivery, collections, and warranty administration.
* Developing and implementing account growth strategies designed to augment client value and generate revenue.
* Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Cultivating robust, long-term client relationships by demonstrating a thorough understanding of business goals and offering customized solutions.
* Proactively mitigating potential risks, including customer attrition, negative feedback, and debt.
* Enhancing internal processes to improve efficiency, minimize errors, and accelerate response times.
* Maintaining meticulous records of all customer interactions, transactions, and outcomes.
* Collaborating with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Support teams to satisfy customer requirements.
* Preparing and presenting account performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to stakeholders.
* Managing multiple key accounts concurrently without compromising service quality.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in building client development strategies and growing existing accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
