Sales Executives – General Trade

Favelin is expanding its General Trade team and looking for dynamic, motivated Sales Executives to join our fast-growing organization.

Job Responsibilities

Territory Scouting & Customer Acquisition

Identify and visit potential customers: pharmacies, cosmetics stores, and general trade outlets.

Present Favelin’s product portfolio and activate new doors.

Maintain an updated list of prospects and active customers.

Order Generation & Repeat Sales

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Drive repeat sales through strong customer relationships and quick issue resolution.

Enter orders accurately in real time through the system/tablet.

 Fulfillment Coordination

Ensure orders are complete and delivered within agreed timelines.

Report any delivery or collection issues proactively.

Verify customer payment terms before order dispatch.

Customer Tracking & Reporting

Complete and update Customer Scorecards (location, segmentation, visit history).

Submit daily reports: calls, orders, feedback.

Achieve minimum 50% successful call rate and meet door coverage targets.
