**Job Summary:**
The Sales Executive is responsible for effectively promoting and selling vehicles and related automotive products to customers. This involves accurately assessing customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, and consistently providing an exceptional customer experience. The role encompasses showroom-based sales activities, diligent client follow-up, coordination of vehicle test drives, and the consistent achievement of established monthly sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*   **Customer Engagement & Sales:** Professionally greet customers, thoroughly assess their individual needs, and provide recommendations for appropriate vehicles and financing options. Conduct informative vehicle presentations, facilitate engaging test drives, and deliver comprehensive product demonstrations.
*   **Sales Target Achievement:** Consistently meet or exceed established monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, insurance products, and financing solutions. Proactively pursue leads generated through showroom walk-ins, telephone inquiries, and digital platforms.
*   **Quotation & Documentation:** Accurately prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts in close coordination with the finance and administration team. Ensure the complete and accurate submission of all required documentation, including identification documents, payment receipts, and vehicle registration forms.
*   **Customer Relationship Management:** Maintain consistent contact with existing customers to foster repeat sales, provide service reminders, and solicit valuable feedback. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout both the pre-sale and post-sale processes.
*   **Product & Market Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing structures, promotional offers, and competitor product offerings. Actively participate in training sessions and product launch events as required.
**Job Requirements:**
The successful Sales Executive will possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with a proven ability to deliver an outstanding sales experience and consistently achieve performance targets.
**Qualifications, Certifications & Experience:**
*   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field is mandatory.
*   A minimum of 4-6 years of demonstrated experience in automotive sales, encompassing both new and pre-owned vehicles, is essential.
*   A verifiable record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets is required.
**Technical Skills, Skills & Competencies:**
*   Proficiency in the use of CRM and sales software platforms, such as Autoline, Salesforce, and DMS, is essential.
*   Possess comprehensive product knowledge of vehicles, their features, and available financing options.
*   Demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
*   Exhibit the ability to efficiently prepare quotations, manage sales leads, and handle associated documentation.
