Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Executive to handle B2B (partner travel agencies) and B2C client inquiries. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and able to manage the full sales pipeline from request to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Incoming Requests:
Receive inquiries from partner travel agents and direct B2C customers, ensuring all requirements are clearly understood. - Prepare Tailor-Made Quotations:
Create customized travel quotations using the company’s internal software, ensuring the proposal matches the client’s preferences, budget, and expectations. - Client Communication & Package Revisions:
Communicate directly with clients to revise, adjust, and refine itinerary proposals until they are fully satisfied with the package. - Pipeline Management & Follow-Ups:
Conduct consistent follow-ups with clients throughout the sales process to maximize conversions and ensure smooth communication at every stage. - Payment Follow-Up:
Track payment deadlines, send reminders, and ensure all required deposits and balances are received on time. - Create Ready-Made Packages:
Develop pre-designed travel packages and promotional offers to distribute to partner travel agencies.
