Leveraging our flagship ThinkTrader platform, we empower clients worldwide with 24/7 access to global markets, bridging the gap between traders, investors, and platforms. Responsibilities: Engage with prospective and existing clients across Europe via phone, live chat, email, and social media channels. Convert leads into active traders and reactivate dormant accounts to drive revenue growth. Provide comprehensive platform guidance and product education to clients. Cultivate strong client relationships to maximize lifetime value. Support and participate in events such as webinars, seminars, and client activations. Consistently meet or exceed established sales KPIs and performance targets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in CFD/FX brokerage sales. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of macroeconomic events and trading behaviors. Knowledge of CFDs and spread betting products. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in a European language is essential. Ability to work European business hours from our Dubai office. Positive, proactive, and energetic approach to teamwork.
