**Key Responsibilities:**

* Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiry to test drive and vehicle delivery.
* Manage sales leads with meticulous attention, ensuring accurate tracking, diligent follow-up, and effective conversion through the utilization of designated sales systems.
* Achieve and surpass established monthly sales targets, while actively pursuing opportunities for upselling and maximizing revenue generation.
* Provide a premium customer experience characterized by comprehensive product knowledge and genuine relationship building.
* Collaborate effectively with marketing, aftersales, and finance departments to ensure seamless operational processes and optimal customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

* A minimum of two years of demonstrated sales experience within the UAE, preferably within the automotive sector. Experience with electric vehicles or luxury brands is highly desirable.
* Proven track record in lead conversion, sales pipeline management, and customer follow-up strategies.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
* Proficiency in utilizing sales systems and digital sales platforms.
* Possession of a valid UAE driver’s license.
