**Summary:**
Our organization seeks highly motivated and accomplished Sales Executives to augment our team across several key locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will possess demonstrable experience in the aluminum façade, WPC, and UPVC doors and windows sector, accompanied by a verifiable history of consistently meeting or exceeding established sales objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
* Proactively identify and cultivate new business prospects pertaining to aluminum façades, WPC, and UPVC doors and windows.
* Establish and sustain robust professional relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and property developers.
* Undertake comprehensive market research to discern potential clientele and prospective projects.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contractual agreements and finalize sales transactions to achieve designated sales targets.
* Collaborate effectively with estimation and technical departments to formulate precise and appropriate project solutions.
* Maintain current knowledge of relevant industry trends, competitive landscape, and prevailing market conditions.
* Generate and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
