Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing real estate deals in both primary and resale markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on potential leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Present, promote, and sell real estate units to prospective clients.
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property viewings and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales to achieve targets.
- Maintain and update client data on CRM systems.
- Follow up with clients until contract signing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
