Job Description:**Option 1:**
The following responsibilities are essential for this role:
* Consistently meeting monthly sales targets.
* Strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Prompt response to leads to minimize dropped calls.
* Maintaining desk presence to ensure availability for client communications (calls, texts, and emails).
* Ensuring all price quotations are accompanied by a valid quote sheet bearing the signature of Cecile Awad.
* Prioritizing profit maximization while providing exemplary client service, aligning with the company’s core values.
* Addressing client objections by comparing quotations to competitive offerings.
* Proactive daily follow-up with clients from the past 90 days via email or text.
* Daily updating of client profiles in the CRM/Excel database, documenting all follow-up activities with associated dates and comments.
* Diligent comparison of quotations from various insurance providers to secure optimal pricing.
* Collaborating with the team leader to address objections and challenges on a per-case basis.
* Following up with clients to discuss provided quotations and finalize sales.
* Binding insurance quotations upon receipt of the down payment and securing all required documentation and signatures.
* Thorough recording of all post-binding interactions with insured parties in the CRM. Assistance from the team leader or customer service is available for CRM updates.
* Proactive involvement in making endorsements to client policies post-binding.
* Consistent follow-up with clients regarding policy renewals.
