Job Description:تتلخص المهام والمسؤوليات في: التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين والحاليين لتقديم معلومات حول خدماتنا، الإجابة على استفساراتهم المتعلقة بخدمات كاروفي، استكشاف احتياجات العملاء بهدف إتمام عمليات البيع، تحويل العملاء المؤهلين إلى فريق المبيعات الميداني عند الضرورة، إدخال وتحديث بيانات العملاء في قاعدة البيانات، معالجة الشكاوى للحفاظ على سمعة الشركة، بذل جهد إضافي لتحقيق الأهداف البيعية وتسهيل المبيعات المستقبلية، وتوثيق المكالمات والمبيعات مع تدوين المعلومات الهامة.
Skills:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BSc/BA.
