Job Description

Searching for new clients & organizing sales visits, Maintaining relationships with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings Preparing Clients tenders, proposals and quotations and follow up as required Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions, after-sales support services, administering client accounts, Consistently achieving monthly / quarterly targets, monthly and weekly reporting for head department and management Recording and maintaining client database, pricelist, any updated info. Follow up and deliver clients certificate, invoices, document, payments and instrument if needed.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and develop contacts with consultants, contractors, government institutions and end customers for the lighting business. Ensure timely and accurate submission of the project quotes, make presentations, provide technical backup, discuss & negotiate commercial offers and effectively manage the sales process. Responsible for vendor registration for new projects. Implement sales and marketing strategies for market penetration. Achieve yearly sales budget on consistent basis.

Key Qualifications and Experience

Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in Mechanical engineering Preferably in the field of plastic pipes and heating systems or any related field. Strong financial and commercial acumen and price and contract negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent Knowledge in AutoCAD & Microsoft office. Gender: Male or Female.
