**Responsibilities:**

Assume responsibility for the development and management of key accounts, cultivating robust relationships with stakeholders. Spearhead lead management and account farming initiatives to optimize growth potential. Conduct on-site evaluations to facilitate project management, solution implementation, and customer support services. Identify and pursue novel business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and alliances to augment revenue streams and foster strategic expansion. Ensure the consistent application of established pricing strategies and adherence to SP management protocols. Maintain precise monthly and quarterly forecasts, along with accurate hit rate ratios. Consolidate and analyze competitive intelligence and market trends to inform strategic decision-making processes. Supervise proposal development, ensuring margin protection and the implementation of competitive pricing structures. Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data entry, track project sales progress, and oversee project closure activities. Collaborate with the credit control department to facilitate collections and enhance fieldwork synergy. Provide support in addressing customer grievances, encompassing damages, complaints, and order discrepancies. Review contractual agreements, identify deviations, and liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure prompt resolution. Ensure the timely submission of reports and adherence to standard company reporting procedures. Collaborate with the pre-sales team to monitor project developments and site progress. Offer technical support on product solutions and promote a commitment to service excellence. Facilitate seamless installation and service operations through effective coordination with key partners. Promote a diversified product and sales portfolio to sustain revenue generation.
