The incumbent is responsible for achieving 100% of assigned regional sales and gross profit targets. This position supports the Regional Sales Manager in identifying new business opportunities across diverse sales channels, cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with contractors, subcontractors, fabricators, dealers, and partners. Key responsibilities include establishing and managing a robust network of both indirect and direct sales channels, assisting in the development and execution of regional strategic plans, and providing initial support for customer grievances pertaining to damages, complaints, or incorrect deliveries. The incumbent will ensure accurate business forecasting with a minimum three-month backlog of confirmed projects. Furthermore, the role requires diligent tracking, follow-up, and updating of leads generated from industry events, exhibitions, and workshops. Collaboration with internal teams, including sales back-office, product management, and technical & commercial support, is essential to facilitate seamless operations. The incumbent is also expected to promote corporate culture, professionalism, and ethical business conduct within the designated sales region.
