**المسؤوليات الرئيسية:**
* التفاعل مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم حلول أثاث مناسبة.
* استخدام برامج SketchUp و Rhino لإنشاء عروض تخطيط مفصلة وتصورات بصرية للعملاء.
* تحسين علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها، وضمان مستويات عالية من الرضا.
* التعاون مع فريقي التصميم والإنتاج لضمان جدوى التصاميم وجودة الحلول المقترحة وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد.
* إجراء عروض توضيحية وتدريبية للمنتجات للعملاء والموظفين.
* بحث اتجاهات السوق وآراء العملاء بهدف تحسين عروض المنتجات واستراتيجيات المبيعات.
* إنجاز الأهداف البيعية وتجاوزها والمساهمة في النجاح الشامل للمعرض.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in furniture sales or a similar role.
- Proven proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and (Rhino is a plus) for design and visualization.
- Strong technical understanding of furniture materials and manufacturing processes ( shop drawing, cutting lists, and pricing ).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
