Sales Engineer /Executive

Job Description

  1. Be knowledgeable about the products.
  2. Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and sales conversion.
  3. Contact new and existing customers to discuss their sales requirements.
  4. Must be able to prepare project documentation.
  5. Emphasize the features/USP of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  6. Negotiate prices, T&C and prepare quotations.
  7. Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships on a regular basis.
  8. Must visit sites and meet the contractor, consultant & client to acquire new order to meet the SALES TARGET.
  9. Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, presentations, and addressing customer inquiries to showcase how our offerings can address their specific needs.
  10. Remain continually updated on industry trends, equipping yourself to provide valuable insights to both sales and development teams.
  11. Personalize product presentations to showcase how our offerings directly address the unique needs of each customer.
  12. Adapt product demonstrations to align with specific client needs, showcasing our solutions’ tailored benefits.
  13. Continuously update your knowledge of market trends, empowering you to provide critical input to sales and R&D.
  14. Conduct thorough technical conversations with clients, addressing their questions and uncertainties convincingly.
  15. Convert technical intricacies into relatable benefits, helping clients appreciate the practical advantages of our products.
