Job Description: **Accountabilities**

The incumbent will be responsible for achieving established monthly and annual sales turnover, gross profit (GP), and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets. This includes cultivating and strengthening relationships with key revenue accounts, as well as developing enduring strategic partnerships. The incumbent will identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated target sectors and will support the UAE Distribution Sales Manager in strategic planning and its subsequent execution. Furthermore, the incumbent will ensure adherence to all company policies, commercial terms, and operational guidelines. First-level support will be provided for customer grievances, encompassing damages, complaints, and delivery discrepancies. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining an accurate business forecast with a minimum three-month backlog of confirmed projects. Lead tracking, follow-up, and updates from industry events, exhibitions, and workshops are also required. Management of partner accounts for relationship maintenance and project coordination will be undertaken. The incumbent will also furnish technical support and product solutions to facilitate seamless project implementation. Finally, the incumbent is expected to implement and align with established business processes, revenue models, and sales channels, while actively promoting a diverse product portfolio and range of sales channels to optimize revenue generation.
