Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is highly driven, goal-oriented, and confident in communicating with potential clients. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team. Fluent English with a clear American accent is required, as the role involves frequent communication with U.S.-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential business leads through outbound channels email outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms)
- Conduct high-volume outreach to introduce the company and generate interest
- Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-making authority, and fit
- Set appointments and create sales opportunities for the closing team
- Meet daily and weekly sales development targets (calls, conversations, and qualified leads)
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain engagement
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Track outreach activities and performance metrics using a CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written English skills (American accent preferred)
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Experience in sales development, lead generation, cold calling, or business development is a strong advantage
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
- Able to work independently in a remote setup
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
