The Sales Coordinator is responsible to ensure effective coordination of sales activities . The role requires to liaise with customers to understand their needs, execute customers’ orders and ensure delivery on timely manner.
- Receives and executes customers’ orders as per company procedures and customers agreements.
- Informs and expedites procurement team for the supply of unavailable products.
- Supports the smooth and efficient operation of the company logistics and supply/delivery chain processes.
- Maintains and updates all information related to purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes as per company set rules and procedures.
- Assists the Corporate Salesperson on responding to customer inquiries and showroom visits when needed.
- Maintain a filing system for all related invoices and sales transactions as per company set guidelines.
- Prepares and submits sales progress reports.
