Job Description:**Option: Formal**

The incumbent will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through proactive prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and social media engagement, with the objective of establishing a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. Responsibilities include conducting outbound prospecting initiatives, coordinating sales team activities through schedule management, document preparation (including tender documents), and information dissemination. Furthermore, the incumbent will identify and cultivate new contacts, generate sales leads, respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue, and schedule high-impact meetings for the Business Development team, including calendar management. Additional duties include coordinating the team’s RFP process with the technical team, following up on client offers, establishing and maintaining connections with key personnel within potential customer organizations (including developers, industries, governmental and private entities). The incumbent will also serve as the primary point of contact for the BD team and Technical Office. A proactive mindset, a commitment to continuous learning, conducting solar market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluating customer needs will be required. This position involves close collaboration with engineering and technical teams to ensure timely proposal delivery and working in tandem with the Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. The generation of accurate and timely reports detailing appointments, calls, leads, and conducted meetings for the BD Manager will also be essential.
