The Sales Coordinator is a critical member of the Food & Beverage Production team, responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of sales activities. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with demonstrated proficiency in administrative support, client communication, and sales coordination. The Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with the sales team, providing support to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries.
* Generate detailed sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Organize and facilitate sales meetings, ensuring the availability of all necessary resources.
* Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Process sales orders and monitor their progression through the entire fulfillment cycle.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.
* Address customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely product deliveries.
