Finding new clients, creating a strong referral pipeline and building powerful relationships with them. Keeping up to date information about the trends in the local commercial market.Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective clients.Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential.Participates in trade shows and conventions.
Job Requirements :
3+ Years of Real-estate experienceProficiency in delivering compelling presentations, effective negotiation, and persuasive selling techniques.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong knowledge and utilization of various closing techniques.Professional appearance and demeanor.
