Job Description:Bayut, the foremost real estate portal in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a subsidiary of Dubizzle Group, seeks to appoint a seasoned Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients through regular communication and meetings, employing a consultative sales methodology to ascertain their needs and facilitate informed decisions that optimize their business outcomes. This role is crucial to the organization’s growth, encompassing property sales, client needs assessment, product demonstrations, and deal finalization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Property Sales:** Facilitate the sale of residential and commercial properties from the company’s inventory. This includes conducting property viewings, providing pertinent information, and negotiating offers on behalf of clients.
* **Client Needs Assessment:** Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their real estate requirements and preferences, offering expert advice and guidance on property acquisition, disposal, and investment opportunities.
* **Lead Generation:** Proactively generate and pursue leads to expand the client base, cultivating and maintaining a robust professional network to foster new business prospects.
* **Market Analysis:** Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, property valuations, and competitive offerings, providing clients with accurate and current market intelligence.
* **Client Relationship Management:** Ensure clients are fully informed about relevant properties, including their features, benefits, and pricing. Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships to build trust and loyalty, maintaining regular contact to stay abreast of evolving property needs and provide ongoing support.
* **Demonstration and Site Visits:** Conduct property demonstrations and coordinate site visits to enable clients to visualize potential investments.
* **Deal Closure:** Expedite the timely closure of property transactions, ensuring that all requisite documentation and processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the internet advertising sector.
* Fundamental understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
* Comprehensive understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

**Skills:**

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to present persuasive advertising solutions via video conference or in-person.
* Excellent problem-solving capabilities, including the capacity to understand client objectives, structure their needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
* Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
* Proactive, organized, responsible, and adept at working effectively within a team.
