This dynamic position requires a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a keen understanding of the hospitality industry.Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract B2B and B2C clients, resulting in increased bookings and revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors. Utilize strong sales presentation skills to showcase the benefits and features of our units to clients. Communicate fluently in English & Arabic to effectively engage with diverse clientele. Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials and promotional campaigns. Utilize CRM processes to track sales progress, maintain customer information, and generate reports. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the organization. Stay proactive in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to inform product/service development Requirements Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills to engage a diverse range of clients. Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service, ideally in real estate, travel, or hotel sectors. A proactive approach—someone who takes initiative, follows up, and gets things done without waiting for instructions. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively. The ability to collaborate across different teams while also taking ownership of tasks.
