Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and develop our sales and maintenance teams. Your main role will be to create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and increase revenue. You will work closely with different teams to ensure smooth operations and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans in coordination with company management.
Build and develop both internal and external sales teams, and evaluate their performance.
Develop pricing policies and commercial offers.
Search for new customers and expand the current customer base.
Analyze the market and competitors, and create strategies to outperform them.
Activate the maintenance and spare parts division through effective marketing.
Use CRM tools (such as Odoo) to manage customers and sales opportunities.
Prepare periodic reports and analyze performance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth contract and order execution.
