Job Description

  • Execute day-to-day administration of assigned department/task (If required)
  • Proposal creation & Coordination with guest for event detailing and managing the queries
  • BEO creation Opera management for events and account creation
  • Report generation and consolidation for weekly meetings from opera
  • Database management
  • Follow-up on events details /menus/ setups/ spl. requirements etc.
  • Cascading event details on time to respective delivery departments to meet clients’ expectations.
  • Consolidate event feedback, ensure action if required and keep the record for future event.
  • Liaise with finance for tax invoice and billing closures for events
  • Assist in the design and implementation of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating photoshoots
  • Register vendors with MOHG P&C and coordinator with vendors on site
  • Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
  • Organize promotional activities for new products/services
  • Manage leads that come in through WhatsApp for Business
  • Schedule Instagram posts
  • Research on upcoming social media trends
  • Create presentations
