JOB SUMMARY Analyze all aspects of Retail Sales business and zoom from a macro level to underlying details, allowing a better understanding of the business dynamics, to increase efficiency aiding in effective decision making, based on accurate information. Analyze what has happened, what is happening, and what may likely happen in the future. These facts are related to sales, collection, customer behavior, credit terms and outstanding balances, incentive schemes, pricing, promotions etc.

  • Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report RSU data in order to increase sales productivity.
  • Help in identifying trends and evaluate performance, measured against sales Plans.
  • Evaluate current economic conditions and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Analyze and report performance metrics for Retail Sales force; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly. This analysis includes forecasts, lost customer reports, performance against plan for products and regions.• Prepare Incentives (every quarter), Rating (every month), based on employees’ performance, and Budget planning for RSU Monitor and analyze RSU related systems databases (Mira, Oracle), ensuring data integrity.
  • Create test plans and execute testing for Mira Database and propose changes, in individual reporting needs and data requirements.
  • Prepare presentations for management based on their requirement for various meetings and conferences.
  • Evaluate pricing, commissions, marketing support, sales approvals, sales staff visits to customers etc… And present findings to the management on a weekly basis.
  • identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales, using the data obtained by Marketing Analysts and Researchers
  • Liaisons with the Legal advisor to ensure proper documentation, and update our legal cases pending in court or with the police department.
