Job Title: Travel & Visa Sales Specialist

Location:

On-site

Global Citizen Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Travel & Visa Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales for visa services and travel consultations, handling leads with professionalism, and converting them into successful clients. This role requires a strong sales mindset, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound & outbound leads related to visa services and travel consultation
Analyze client needs (destination, purpose, profile, urgency) and provide tailored solutions
Present and sell visa services and consultation packages with confidence
Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize conversion rates
Conduct consistent follow-ups to increase closing opportunities
Handle objections professionally and guide clients toward informed decisions
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth application processing
Maintain accurate tracking of leads and sales activities using CRM systems

Requirements :-

Proven experience in sales (travel, visa services, or related industries)
Background in real estate sales is highly preferred
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to handle a high volume of leads under pressure
Results-driven with a strong focus on revenue generation
Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
Ability to build trust and influence client decisions

Preferred Qualifications :-

Experience in visa services (Schengen, UK, USA, GCC, etc.)
Background in travel consultation or service-based sales
Familiarity with CRM systems
Strong follow-up and client management skills

KPIs :-

Number of leads handled (daily/weekly)
Conversion rate (lead to deal)
Closed visa files
Monthly revenue achieved
Follow-up consistency
