Job Description:**Responsibilities include:** Proactive engagement with prospective clients through various communication channels to cultivate relationships and generate sales opportunities; maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s logistics services portfolio, including transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management, to facilitate effective service recommendations; identifying and pursuing new business prospects, developing targeted sales strategies, and generating leads to achieve or surpass individual and team sales objectives; preparing and presenting customized quotations that align with clients’ specific logistics requirements; negotiating contracts and pricing structures to secure enduring business relationships while safeguarding company profitability; providing continuous support to existing clientele, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction; collaborating with operations and customer service teams to guarantee seamless execution of logistics services; monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify emerging sales prospects; maintaining meticulous records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions within the designated CRM software; and implementing consistent follow-up procedures with clients to ascertain satisfaction, identify evolving needs, and promote additional services.
Skills:
Qualifications:
- Prior Employment in shipping lines (preferred but not required).
- Overseas Experience not less than 3 Years.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and related services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
