Star distribution for marketing and advertising is hiring sales account manager
We are looking for an sales Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
The sales Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Accountabilities and Duties:
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
-Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
-Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
-Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
-Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
-Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
-Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
-Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
-Prepare reports on account status
Experience and Qualifications Required:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing and Advertising).
-Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
-Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
-Fluency in English
-2-5 Years of experience
Competencies Required:
-Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients.
-Advanced motivational and negotiation skills.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working condition:
Working days :5 days
Days off: 2day off
