**Role Summary:**
This is a full-time hybrid position located in Riyadh, offering partial remote work flexibility. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and the development of long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, identifying and generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires consistent client communication to ascertain needs, propose customized solutions, and support business expansion within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop, manage, and convert a prospective sales pipeline encompassing various target sectors, driving both new client acquisition and upselling/cross-selling within existing accounts.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, needs analysis, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, contract execution (Master Service Agreements/Service Level Agreements), and post-sale transition.
* Translate client workforce requirements into integrated solutions comprising search, assessment, Saudization strategy, and labor market intelligence.
* Secure qualified job requisitions with clearly defined fee structures, exclusivity/retainer arrangements, and realistic timelines.
* Conduct account planning for key clients, including organizational mapping, stakeholder management, whitespace analysis, and quarterly business reviews.
* Collaborate with delivery and consulting teams to ensure timely candidate shortlists, a positive candidate experience, and measurable outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and current data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including forecasting, stage definitions, notes, and planned actions, and provide weekly performance reports.
* Represent Talent At at meetings and events, delivering persuasive presentations tailored to public and private sector priorities and Vision 2030.
* Monitor market intelligence, including compensation trends, time-to-hire metrics, and Saudization trends, and leverage insights to develop compelling proposals.
* Uphold Talent At’s core values of integrity, innovation, partnership, excellence, and measurable impact.
* Ensure adherence to internal guarantees and service standards, such as the 180-day replacement warranty and provision of transparent updates.
**Requirements:**
* Two to four years of experience in B2B sales and account management within professional services; experience in recruitment or talent solutions is preferred.
* Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding new business and retention/upsell targets, coupled with strong negotiation skills.
* Executive-level communication and consultative selling abilities; capable of influencing HR, CHRO, and business leaders.
* Familiarity with Executive Search, Leadership Assessment, and Saudization/workforce strategy value propositions.
* Strong pipeline management skills and forecasting capabilities; proficient use of LinkedIn (Recruiter/Sales Navigator) and CRM/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Business acumen to develop Return on Investment (ROI) justifications utilizing labor market intelligence and time-to-productivity narratives.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience selling retained search engagements, multi-role frameworks, or talent advisory programs.
* Established professional network within the KSA public sector, giga/mega projects, industrials, healthcare, or technology sectors.
* Prior experience introducing assessment and leadership development solutions into existing search accounts.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Success Metrics:**
* **New Client Acquisition:**
* Secure five new client accounts per quarter within priority sectors (e.g., consulting, industrial, healthcare, or technology).
* Achieve a minimum conversion rate of 25% from qualified leads to signed agreements.
* **Revenue Growth:**
* Generate a minimum of SAR 250,000 in gross billings per quarter (or equivalent to assigned quarterly target).
* Maintain a gross margin of 40% on closed assignments.
* **Pipeline Management:**
* Develop and maintain a prospective sales pipeline with a value equivalent to at least three times the quarterly revenue target.
* Ensure weekly CRM updates, including accurate deal stages, next steps, and expected close dates.
* **Client Retention & Expansion:**
* Achieve a client satisfaction rating of 90% or higher (measured through feedback surveys or repeat engagement).
* Generate at least one upsell or cross-sell opportunity per quarter from existing accounts.
* **Delivery Collaboration:**
* For each job order secured, ensure shortlist submission within the agreed-upon timeframe (10 business days).
* Maintain zero escalations related to service quality or communication.
* **Collection Efficiency (Cash Flow Discipline):**
* Ensure collection of 90% of invoices within 45 days of issuance.
* Maintain overdue receivables at less than 10% at any given time.
* **Market Activity & Networking:**
* Conduct a minimum of 20 new client outreach activities per week (calls, LinkedIn messages, or meetings).
* Attend or represent Talent At at two industry events or networking activities per month.
* **Reporting & Accountability:**
* Submit weekly performance and pipeline updates to management.
* Present monthly review reports summarizing achievements, challenges, and upcoming opportunities.
**Work Conditions:**
* **Location:** Riyadh (hybrid), with travel across KSA as required.
* **Reporting to:** CHRO.
* **Hours:** Full-time; flexibility required to accommodate client meetings and events.
* **Compensation:** Salary + commission.
* **Tools & Support:** Brand/marketing assets, case studies, and Talent At service guarantees to facilitate consultative selling.
